THis CAR WAS SOLD NEW AT STEWART OLDSMOBILE BACK IN 1970 AND HAS HAD ONLY THREE DOCUMENTED OWNERS SINCE THEN, it still retains its original factory 455 cubic inch v8 engine (code l31) and is dressed in burnished gold (code 934), equipped with a three-speed automatic transmission, it was also equipped with factory air conditioning (code c60) that is still fully functional and blows cold like it should. included with the purchase of the car will be two original build sheets as well. This 442 HAS obviously UNDERGONE A FULL RESTORATION THAT WAS JUST COMPLETED IN JANUARY OF 2021 AND BOY DOES IT show.. The interior has been completely re-done with new components from yearone, new radial white letter tires, the engine compartment has been detailed, chrome and stainless steel to show standards and much more.. needless to say, This car is ready for any event you may take it to and it’s sure to get tons of attention!

The above mentioned vehicle has been described to the best of our ability; however as with all pre-owned vehicles the condition is subjective. It is to be assumed that all used vehicles will have some degree of wear. We invite you, or you’re representative, to inspect our car in person at our facility.
The vehicle is sold in “as is/where is” condition, with no guarantees or warranties written or implied. Please be advised that no oral statements made concerning the vehicle constitute any warranty for this vehicle.

THE WINNING BIDDER MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE CLOSE OF AUCTION. THE TOTAL BALANCE MUST BE PAID WITHIN THE AGREED TIME THAT BUYER AND SELLER AGREED TO AT THE INITIAL CONTACT.

Fees and Taxes
A $250 DOCUMENTATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL PURCHASES.
Ohio residents will pay all Ohio sales taxes, title and registration fees in accordance with their county of vehicle registration.
Out of state buyers do not pay Ohio sales tax, only the taxes charged by their state of vehicle registration.
The following states are “reciprocating states” and Cruisin Classics is obligated by law to collect taxes and forward to the department of taxation on behalf of the buyer.
Ohio residents pay tax rate in their county of residence.

California 7.5%
Florida 6.0%
Indiana 7.0%
Massachusetts 6.25%
Michigan 6.00%
South Carolina 5.00% OR $500. Tax Cap.
You are not double taxed on your purchase. The chart above outlines which states require Ohio dealers to collect taxes. Your local tax is charged only once, not twice.
